Merry Christmas Eve!!!!!!!! I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday celebrating with friends and family. Yesterday, my sister Claire and I went shopping yesterday for some presents and we had the best time. When the two of us are together, we cannot stop laughing! It reminded me how lucky I am to have three sisters as best friends.

Last night, to get in the holiday spirit, I watched Home Alone. That movie is such a classic! I missed the performance at Davies Symphony Hall two weeks ago where the orchestra plays the score to the movie and watching it has been on my to-do list ever since. I thought last night would be perfect since Jesse went out to dinner with friends at Coqueta (remember I mentioned I wanted to go there in this post?). Once a month Jesse goes out to dinner with three best friends from high school. They've been doing this for years-- even since before we were dating. I love it because he gets to have a fun night with friends and I get to do whatever I want (which is usually watch bad movies or go swimming at the gym).

Jesse felt bad about leaving me at home but I told him I would be Home Alone with Kevin McAllister and that I would do a little online shopping. Here are the items I have been keeping an eye to see if they go on sale after Christmas! I'm proud that I still haven't purchased anything for myself!
