Last week I wrote about San Francisco original, Marmalade. The darling boutique is owned by Hope and like I said earlier, you have to go in and meet her-- she is so sweet. If you are more in to home decor than dresses, you are in luck. Hope and her husband Pete recently opened The Mason Jar SF (read more about it on SFGate here)!

Walking into the Union Street store you feel at home. The space is bright, welcoming, and smells beautiful. Most of the furniture pieces in the store were designed by Hope and executed by Pete-- talk about perfect partnership.

For this week's perfect presents series I asked Hope to curate three perfect presents from The Mason Jar.

Mela Artisan Hand Blocked Frame

The best presents are personal, so I always like to include a sentimental photo when I give a frame as a gift....but these hand blocked herringbone frames come with a print that's so pretty you can give (and display) it just as it is.  \\ $42 \\

Shiraleah vases

Perfect for everything from jade clippings to peonies and they add a punch of color and texture to any decor. \\ $12-$24 \\

Hand in Hand Soaps

Started by a husband and wife team (like me!), for every bar of soap purchased they donate one month of clean water to Port au Prince, Haiti.  \\ $10 each \\
