Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! Things have been busy recently and I am so excited to share some projects that I have been working on. Stay tuned for more details in the next couple of weeks! I realize that I still have some overdue posts about parenting that I will be sharing this week!

I always love when I hear from readers who are pregnant and want to tell someone who is not related to them. You can email me ( and I will keep it a secret, I promise. I know those first couple of weeks are simultaneously thrilling and nerve racking and sometimes the only way to relieve the emotions is to tell someone, anyone, that you are pregnant. I told the mailman! Ha!

Love and weddings are in the air!!! I am incredibly honored to share this photo on today's post. These long scrolls are the vows of the most amazing couple whose wedding we attended last weekend. Our dear friends Kevin and Nicole had their wedding in an art gallery in the city and they hung these gorgeous script vows on the wall. Honestly, their wedding was flawless in every way and during the ceremony I kept thinking how happy I was for them that their dream day came together so perfectly. Looking at their vows during the ceremony, the words "we" and "love" kept popping out at me and I felt grateful to be a part of the bigger "we" that blessed to celebrate this couple. I had to share this photo because of it captures the couple's originality, creativity, boldness, and talents (this post is from their engagement party last year and it is funny to look at it now because I was PREGNANT and did not even know it!!!).

I also had the wonderful opportunity to attend a bridal shower for my cousin's fiance at the most darling tea shop in the city, Secret Garden Tea Room, hosted by my cousin Liz and Aunt Teri and her sister Anne. If you are looking for a fun spot in San Francisco to have a party or shower, I recommend you check it out!

Things have been great recently and Lillian is growing bigger each day and changing so much. She is so interactive, smiley, happy, and inquisitive. She has been sleeping so well and has been loving tummy time, walks around San Francisco, meeting all of our friends, and is looking forward to swim lessons.

I love calligraphy and am pretty much self-taught but after seeing those gorgeous scrolls I am thinking I might want to take a class. I can add it to my long list of things to do this week! This week's post include the first six weeks with a new baby, my new favorite coffee shop, postpartum style and more.

I hope everyone has a great day!
