Happy Friday! WoW! Thank you all for your messages with sincere curiosity about my new company! Spoiler alert: there is no spoiler! I am SO sorry! I can't quite share what the company is but I can share that it is a company for families!

I really didn't intend to get everyone so excited and then let everyone down but not sharing the specifics on the company. In all honesty, I probably preemptively shared the news. But I can't help it! I am SO excited!

Want the real scoop? The company is a few weeks away from being ready to share. These days it's really easy to start a company, right? All you need is an idea and website and to the world you look like you have a successful company. The world we live in makes it extremely easy to be smoke and mirrors without having a real foundation. But of course, I completely understand that. Everyone says fake it until you make it. But I think things have gotten a little extreme though with faking it.

Soooooo, I decided to not fake it. I'm working on this company really hard right now so that it has a great foundation and can sustain for a long time! I've obviously grown so much personally and professionally because if you know me, you know that I take an idea and run with it. Well, now I am taking a business and setting it up so that I can run with it.

Instead of trying to do it all on my own, I've asked for help from my best friend Andie, my sisters and professional peers as well!! I've hired a designer for the website, an accountant (who I adore!!! can't wait to share more on her later!), getting all of the tax requirements set up, and just had the most amazing conversation with my friend Ashley about the logistics. I couldn't do it without my network of talented and knowledge friends!

While I do think that starting a business is a lot about learning along the way, I know (personally and from Jesse's wisdom) that it is far better to be methodical. So get ready for an August launch date!
