Backstory: Perfect 10 SF blogger Caroline Curran is a San Francisco native with two very different hometown style influences. On one hand, she mentions the "iconic gray skirts" of her uniform at Convent of the Sacred Heart as informing her love of classic American basics ("from J. Crew to Alexander Wang's very Convent-looking separates"), but on the other, growing up in the Castro gave her an appreciation of over-the-top, high-wattage glamour.
